摘要
目的探讨腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果及白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)与白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)因子的影响。方法选取山东省临清市人民医院于2014年10月—2017年6月就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者144例作为研究对象,随机均分为2组,2组均采取腰椎牵引与推拿疗法,常规组72例给予洛索洛芬钠胶囊治疗,研究组72例给予腰痹通胶囊治疗,对比2组治前后疼痛、IL-6、IL-8因子等情况。结果治疗后研究组VAS评分显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-6与IL-8浓度均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率90.3%显著高于常规组76.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.961,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率1.4%,低于常规组12.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.526,P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者给予腰痹通胶囊治疗疗效显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛情况,抗炎作用明确,且不良反应少,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yaobitong capsules on prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc and its effect on IL-6 and IL-8. Methods One hundred and forty-four patients with prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc treated in our hospital between October 2014 and June 2017 were selected as subjects and randomly and evenly divided into two groups. All the patients were treated with lumbar traction and massage therapy. The conventional group was given loxoprofen sodium capsules while the study group was given Yaobitong capsules. The intensity of pain and levels of interleukin-6（IL-6）and interleukin-8（IL-8）were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 90.3% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 76.4% in the conventional group, so the difference was statistically significant（χ2=6.961, P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.4%, which was significantly lower han 12.5% in the conventional group, so the difference was statistically significant（χ2=9.526, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yaobitong capsules are effective for prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc. They can effectively alleviate the pain of patients. The anti-inflammatory effect is clear with fewer adverse reactions.
