摘要
教学质量评价是是高校管理的重要内容,是影响学校发展的一个重要因素,也是培养教师教学能力的有效手段。采集新建本科院校评教系统数据,用描述性分析、相关分析、非参数检验等方法,分析学生评价、同行评价、督导评价结果间的差异。结果表明评价队伍的评教结果间存在显著的差异,结合实际评教中存在的问题,给出在课程教学质量评价中的几点建议,以期为新建本科院校课程教学质量评价提供借鉴。
Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of the management of colleges and universities, which is an important factor affecting thedevelopment of schools and an effective means to train teachers' teaching ability. Data collection of newly-built universities evaluation sys-tem, uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, nonparametric test methods, analysis of student assessment, peer assessment, supervisethe differences between the evaluation results. The results show that the assessment team there is significant difference between the evalua-tion results, in combination with the problems existing in the actual evaluation, gives several suggestions in the evaluation of course teach-ing quality in order to provide reference for the evaluation of the teaching quality of newly-built universities.
