摘要 自我效能感的高低影响着个体的能力、选择、努力以及坚持程度,对个体的专业实践和专业成长至关重要。采用质的研究方法可以对个体自我效能感的影响因素进行更深入地挖掘。研究以一位幼儿园男教师为典型个案,采用访谈法和测验法,对影响个体自我效能感的六个主要因素进行了研究。研究结果表明,个体的自我效能感受到多种因素的影响。外部环境的积极刺激、个体内部的自我调整与暗示等有助于促进自我效能感的提升。 The level of self-efficacy affects people's ability, choice, efforts and degree of persistence and is very important for individual professional practice and professional development. Applying qualitative research methods to study individual self-efficacy can further tap potential influencing factors. This studytook a male kindergarten teacher as a typical case, and used interviews and test methods to research the six main factors affecting individual self-proficiency perception. The results show that individual self-proficiency is influenced by the reciprocal influence of many factors, some of which are conducive to promoting self-efficacy:positive stimulation of the external environment, self-adjustment and suggestion within the individual.
