摘要 注意缺陷多动障碍(attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)是儿童最常见的心理行为障碍之一,临床上以与年龄不相符的注意力不集中、多动、冲动等为主要表现。大多数ADHD儿童都伴有执行功能的损害,尤其是学龄前期的儿童。执行功能的损害可影响儿童生活的多个方面,因此早期的诊断和干预显得尤为重要。针对学龄前ADHD儿童执行功能缺陷主要以非药物干预方法为主。对改善学龄前ADHD儿童的症状和执行功能的干预方法进行综述。 Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is one of the most prevalent neurodevelopmental behavior disorders of childhood that is characterized by the core symptoms of inattention,hyperactivity,and impulsivity with an early onset. Most children with ADHD have significant impairment of their executive functions, especially in preschoolers. The impairment of their executive functions can affect virtually various areas of a child's life,so it is very important to diagnose and interfere in early childhood. Non-pharmacological intervention is central to the management for preschoolers with ADHD. This paper reviews the research progress of interventional methods of improving executive functions of ADHD in preschool children.
