摘要
利用理论近似计算与数值仿真对比分析的方式,对高温环境试验设备水冷压杆进行了屈曲分析。由于水冷压杆横截面发生较大改变,很难利用现有的公式对水冷压杆进行理论分析。本文采用最危险截面进行保守的理论近似分析,同时也利用数值仿真的方法完成水冷压杆稳定数值解。结果表明,水冷压杆的几何尺寸满足屈曲要求。
By means of comparative analysis between theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the buckling of water-cooled pressure lever of high temperature environmental test equipment is analyzed. Because of the great change of the cross section of water-cooled pressure lever,it is very difficult to use the existing formula to theoretically analyze the water-cooled pressure lever. In this paper,the conservative critical theoretical analysis is carried out with the most dangerous section, and the numerical simulation method is also used for numerical solution,the test results show that the geometry of water-cooled pressure lever can meet the buckling requirements.
