摘要
半夏和水半夏均是较为常用的中药材,它们同科但不同种属,其二者在性状与功效上也有相似之处,但是其二者并不能相互替代,在使用上药理各有差异,而且各自具有各自的配伍禁忌,如果混淆、替代使用,不仅会影响到治疗效果,还可能会引起用药安全事故,后果非常严重,所以我们应当从科学的角度出发,对其二者进行安全、合理的应用及准确的鉴别。本文基于作者自身的实际工作经验与学习了解,首先对半夏和水半夏进行了基本介绍,然后主要分析、探讨了其二者的配伍应用及鉴别,以期能为相关工作的实践提供参考。
Rhizoma pinelliae and rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis were relatively commonly used Chinese medicinal materials, they are the same family but different species, both in the character and effect also have similarities, but it cannot replace each other, both pharmacological each have differences in use, and have their respective compatibility taboo, if confusion, alternative use, will not only affect the treatment effect, also can cause drug safety accident, consequence is very serious, so we should be from the perspective of science, the two were safe and reasonable application and accurate identification. In this paper, based on the author＇s own practical work experience and learn, first has carried on the basic introduction to pinellia pinellia and water, and then mainly analyzes, discusses its compatibility of both application and identification, in order to provide references for the practice of the relevant work.
