摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT与胸部X线诊断早期肺癌的应用效果。方法从本院选取2016年12月—2017年12月进行治疗的80例早期肺癌患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组40例患者,对照组采用胸部X线进行诊断,观察组采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断,对比分析两组患者诊断结果。结果对观察组患者采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断后,观察组诊断结果明显高于对照组,P<0.05,且与病理学检查结果最为相似。结论分别应用多层螺旋CT与胸部X线诊断早期肺癌后,多层螺旋CT诊断结果以及诊断效能明显优于胸部X线,临床使用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the application of multislice spiral CT and chest X-ray in the diagnosis of early lung cancer. Methods In this hospital, 80 patients with early-stage lung cancer who were treated from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subject of this study. All patients were divided into two groups using random number table method, 40 patients in each group. The group was diagnosed with chest X-ray. The observation group was diagnosed by multislice spiral CT. The diagnosis results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. ResultsAfter multi-slice spiral CT was used to diagnose patients in the observation group, the diagnostic results in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P〈 0.05, and were most similar to the pathological findings. Conclusion After multislice spiral CT and chest X-ray were used to diagnose early lung cancer, the multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis and diagnostic efficacy were significantly better than those of chest X-ray.
