摘要
按照生产现场在线分析要求快速、准确的特点,引入了现场ABC质量控制管理模式,分别介绍了ABC管理的定义、样品的选择及控制图的应用等内容。采用ABC管理模式后,现场仪器使用更规范,保证了仪器分析的准确性,更好地满足生产需求。
According to the fast and accurate characteristics of on-line analysis of production site,the ABC quality control management mode is introduced. The definition of ABC management,the selection of sample and the application of the control chart are introduced. After adopting the ABC management mode,the field instruments are more standardized,which ensures the accuracy of the instrument analysis and better meets the production requirements.
