摘要
为了实现城市生态系统的再构造,通过有效的生态系统手段彻底缓解城市雨水内涝、同时实现雨水系统再利用、缓解城市热岛效应,在党中央和国务院高度关注下,各地海绵城市建设成为城市建设中最为热门的话题,也成为规划建设的新内容。但是如何在不同阶段、分步骤实施海绵城市建设,确定海绵城市建设的最优规模,在实现径流消减率和污染负荷控制率的同时,实现海绵城市的规模优化是海绵城市建设的重点和难点。笔者就国内外海绵城市建设规模优化问题及研究的发展现状进行了分析。
To realize the restructure of the urban ecosystem and thoroughly solve the problems such as relieving the urban flood, reusing the rainwater, alleviating urban heat island effect, the sponge city has become the most popular topic in urban construction and also a new part of urban planning under the high concern of the Govern-ment. But it is a key point and also very difficult for the building of the sponge city to solve the following prob-lems including the step by step constructions of the sponge city at different stages, the definition of the optimal scale of the sponge city and the realization of the scale optimization with the realization of the runoff reduction rate and pollution load control rate. This paper gives an overview on the construction of scale optimization of the sponge city, and introduces the status quo of the related researches home and abroad.
