摘要
目的探讨西医结合中医推拿治疗小儿腹泻病的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月郑州市第六人民医院儿科收治的腹泻病患儿132例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各66例。对照组实施西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合中医推拿治疗,3d为1个疗程。比较两组患儿止泻时间、大便性状恢复正常时间和临床疗效。结果观察组患儿总有效率为95.5%(63/66),优于对照组81.8%(54/66),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止泻时间和大便性状恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻病疗效确切,副作用及不良反应少,能够有效提高疾病治愈率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of western medicine combined with the traditional Chinese massage in treating pediatric diarrheal disease.Methods Select 132 cases of children with diarrhea as the research objects;the children were randomly divided into control group（n=66）and observation group（n=66）.The patients of both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese massage as an assistant treatment was applied to the children of observation group,with 3 days as a course of treatment.The two groups were compared in the recovery time of stool features,antidiarrheal time and clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%（63/66）,which was higher than the 81.8%（54/66）of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The antidiarrheal time and the recovery time of stool features of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of western medicine treatment with the traditional Chinese massage can obviously improve the clinical effect in treating pediatric diarrheal disease,reduce side effects and adverse reactions,and effectively improve the disease cure rate,which is worth wide application clinically.
