摘要
为了研究风化煤的自燃极限参数,利用程序升温仪器配合气相色谱仪对原煤和风化煤进行程序升温实验,并计算出煤样的耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO2产生率和放热强度,在此基础上计算煤自燃极限参数并分析其变化规律,结果表明:不论是原煤还是风化煤,在40℃以前,最小浮煤厚度、下限氧浓度达到最大值,上限漏风强度达到最小值;相对于原煤、风化煤的放热强度和自燃极限参数中的最小浮煤厚度和下限氧浓度均有所增大,而自燃极限参数中的上限漏风强度有所减小。
In order to study the spontaneous combustion limit parameters of weathered coal,a programmed temperature instrument and a gas chromatograph were used in programmed temperature experiments on raw coal and weathered coal to calculate the oxygen consumption rate,CO generation rate,CO_2 generation rate and heat release intensity of the coal samples.Based on this,the coal spontaneous combustion limit parameters are calculated to analyze their variation laws.The results show that,before the temperature reaches 40℃,the minimum float coal thickness and lower-limit oxygen concentration reach the maximum value while the upper-limit leakage intensity reaches the minimum.With respect to the raw coal,weathered coal heat release intensity,the minimum float coal thickness,and lower-limit oxygen concentration all increase,while the upper-limit air leakage intensity decreases.
