摘要
目的:探讨养阴通络汤联合西药治疗糖尿病脑梗死疗效及对患者血糖和血脂的影响。方法:随机选取糖尿病脑梗死患者60例,依据治疗方法将其分为养阴通络汤联合西药治疗组(治疗组,n=30)和对照组(n=30)两组,统计分析两组患者的NIHSS评分、FBG水平、血脂水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分、FBG水平之间的差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者的NIHSS评分、FBG水平对照组均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平之间的差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组患者的TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著较高(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率90.0%(27/30)显著高于对照组70.0%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴通络汤联合西药治疗糖尿病脑梗死较单纯性西药治疗更能有效降低患者血糖和血脂水平。
Objective：To investigate the effects of Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine on blood sugar and blood lipid of patients with diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods：60 cases of patients with diabetic cerebral infarction were randomly selected,these patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods：simple western medicine treatment group（n=30）and Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine treatment group（combined Chinese and western medicine treatment group,n=30）.The NIHSS scores,FBG levels,blood lipid levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results：Compared with the simple western medicine treatment group,the NIHSS score and FBG level after treatment of the combined Chinese and western medicine treatment group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,but the differences of NIHSS scores and FBG levels before treatment between the two groups were not significant（P〉0.05）.Compared with the simple western medicine treatment group,the TG,TC and LDL-C levels after treatment of the combined Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,the HDL-C level was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,but the differences of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C levels before treatment between the two groups were not significant（P〉0.05）.The total treatment effective rate of the combined Chinese and western medicine treatment group 90.0%（27/30）was significantly higher than the simple western medicine treatment group 70.0%（21/30）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction is more effective than simple western medicine in reducing blood sugar and blood lipid level to use.
