盖髓剂三氧化矿物聚合体治疗恒磨牙露髓的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 探讨MTA在恒磨牙深龋意外露髓时作为直接盖髓剂、行活髓保存术的临床疗效。选择临床上因深龋意外露髓的成年恒磨牙病例110例,随机分为观察组、对照组。观察组使用三氧化矿物聚合体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)作为直接盖髓剂,对照组使用氢氧化钙作为直接盖髓剂,所有患者至少观察2年以上,对比两种盖髓剂的临床治疗效果。结果显示,观察组55例中成功50例,失败5例,成功率为90.91%;对照组55例中成功42例,失败13例,成功率为76.37%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。故MTA可替代氢氧化钙作为直接盖髓剂应用于临床。 The aim of this study was to assess the outcome of direct pulp capping with mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) in permanent teeth. One hundred and ten teeth with deep carious lesions were consecutively selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group in which MTA was used as direct pulp-cap, and control group in which calcium hydroxide was used. The patients were recalled at 2 year after treatment to compare the clinical effects of the two materials. The results showed that the MTA group had a success rate of 90.91%, the success rate was 76.37% for the hydroxide group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). In conclusion, MTA appears to be the suitable material to replace calcium hydroxide for direct pulp-capping in clinical application.
