政产学研用体系中高校的定位与角色研究 被引量:1

摘要 在当前的"政产学研用"体系中,高职院校是重要的组成主体。分析了"政产学研用"体系中高职院校的定位,给出了"政产学研用"体系中高职院校的应当扮演的角色。提出了应逐步赋予高职院校在办学和社会服务方面的自主性,政府应当保证和加大对高职院校的经费投入,高职院校应当在注重科技研发活动的同时,以新工科发展战略为契机加大对技术性核心人才的培养,企业可以在与高职院校的合作中提高利益的分配水平,高职院校应当积极融入"政产学研用"体系等政策建议。 In current "Government-Industry-University-Institute-Customer"system, higher vocational colleges are important components.The orientation of higher vocational colleges in "Government-Industry-University-Institute-Customer"system was analyzed, and the role of higher vocational colleges in "Government-Industry-University-Institute-Customer"system was proposed.As conclusion, government should give the autonomy in terms of educational and social services to higher vocational colleges.Government also should insure and increase the financial investment in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges themselves should pay attention to science and technology research and development activities,and should take the new engineering development strategy as an opportunity to increase the cultivation of technical core talents.Enterprise can improve the level of the distribution of interests in the cooperation of vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should actively integrate into the"Government-Industry-University-Institute-Customer"system.
