摘要
目的探讨综合化护理服务在冠心病护理中的作用。方法选取2017年1—12月880例冠心病患者并随机数字表法分组。对照组用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合化护理服务。比较两组冠心病护理满意度;经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后治疗时间、冠心病知识认知、遵医用药行为;干预前后患者焦虑状态、抑郁状态、生存质量。结果观察组冠心病护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后治疗时间、冠心病知识认知、遵医用药行为优于对照组,P<0.05;干预后观察组焦虑状态、抑郁状态、生存质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合化护理服务在冠心病护理中的作用确切,可提升患者对冠心病的认知和用药依从性,缩短住院时间,减轻不良情绪,改善生活质量,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the role of comprehensive nursing service in the nursing of coronary heart disease. Methods 880 coronary heart disease patients were selected from January to December 2017 and randomly divided into groups. In the control group, the routine nursing program was used, and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing service on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of coronary heart disease, postoperative hospitalization time, coronary heart disease knowledge and cognition, medication compliance behavior, anxiety state, depression state and quality of life before and after intervention in two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of coronary heartdisease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05; The time of treatment, knowledge of coronary heart disease and medication compliance in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05; After intervention, anxiety, depression and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing service plays an important role in the nursing of coronary heart disease. It can improve the cognition and medication compliance of patients with coronary heart disease, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce the bad mood, improve the quality of life and improve satisfaction.
