角膜共聚焦显微镜在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症,高达50%的糖尿病患者可并发DPN,一半以上的DPN患者可出现神经疼痛症状,严重影响患者生活质量[1]。糖尿病患者中多达4%的患者可发生足部溃疡,进而引发感染和截肢,而DPN是导致患者足部溃疡发生的最主要因素[2]。
