摘要
采用"磨(矿)—磁(选)—摇床重选"新工艺对土法炼砷废渣进行无害化处理并有效回收废渣中的铁和锡,铁回收率可达70%,锡回收率达到40%;废水经处理达标后返回到选矿工艺中循环使用,不外排;废水处理渣中的Cd和As超过《危险废物鉴别标准·浸出毒性鉴别》(GB5085.3-2007)标准,属于危险废物,需妥善储存。
This paper presents a simple and harmless technique of " Mill( ore)-Magnetic( separation)-Shaker re-election" to treat refining arsenic sediment and effectively retrieve iron ore and tin concentrates from waste sediment.The recovery of iron can reach 70% and the recovery of tin reaches 40%. The waste water is returned to the ore dressing process for recycling after the treatments is up to the standard. Cd and As in waste water treatment residue exceed the standard of " Hazardous waste identification standard. leaching toxicity identification"( GB 5085. 3-2007). They belong to hazardous waste and need to be stored properly.
