摘要 目的:探讨对门诊分诊护士实施分诊培训的效果。方法:通过专家授课、专科培训、案例讨论和院外进修对该院门诊分诊护士进行分诊培训,并对培训前后门诊患者退换号率、高危病人转运时间及门诊患者满意率进行前后自身对照研究,经卡方检验和t检验显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结果:分诊培训后门诊患者退换号率、高位患者转运时间及门诊患者满意度均优于培训前。结论:对门诊分诊护士实施分诊培训有效提高了分诊水平,缩短了病人就诊时间,进一步提升医疗质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of triage training on outpatient triage nurses. Methods:triage nurses were taught by experts,specialized training,case discussion and lobbyists further triage training.The rate of returning number,the transit time on high risk patients and the outpatients satisfaction before and after training were compared by the chi-square test and t test. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.001). Results:After training,the rate of returning number,the transit time of high risk patients and the outpatients satisfaction were better than those before training. Conclusion:The patient's visiting time is shortened and the quality of medical treatment is further improved by triage training.
