摘要
珠宝标本库是提供珠宝标本存放,并对珠宝标本进行保养维护以及提供标本借用的基础实验室。华南理工大学广州学院珠宝学院成立于2008年,学校宝石标本库于2015年建设完成,是一间具备常见宝石、稀有宝石和现代化宝石学鉴定设备的基础部门。在日常教学和标本库管理存在诸多问题,诸如,数千颗宝石的日常维护和管理、如何提高标本配置效率,个别标本没有相关鉴定信息以至于学生上课效率低下。另外,教师对个别特殊的标本不熟悉也不够高。这些问题直接影响教学质量,亟待在教学改革中解决。通过对标本的升级改造,初步解决了上述问题,提高了标本配置效率、学生上课效率以及提高了教师对标本的熟悉度。后期将对标本进一步地查缺补漏,完善标本库的建设,并且会在此基础上建立一个电子数据库,利用现代化管理,提高管理效率。
The main function of jewelry specimen bank is to providespecimens with teaching significance for students to practice.School of Jewelry, Guangzhou College, South China Universityof Technology was established in 2008. The jewelry specimenbank was fundamentally improved by the end of 2015. It hassamples of diamonds, colored stones, jade, organic gems, and optimizedtreatment of precious stones. However, there are manyproblems in daily teaching and specimen bank management,such as routine maintenance and management of thousands ofgemstones, how to improve the efficiency of specimen allocation,and individual specimens without relevant identification information,so that students＇ class efficiency is low. In addition, teachersare not familiar with some special specimens. These problemshave a direct impact on the quality of teaching and need to besolved in the teaching reform. Through the upgrading and transformationof specimens, the above problems were initially solved,which improved the efficiency of specimen allocation, the efficiencyof students＇ teaching, and the teachers＇ familiarity with specimens. Later the samples will be further checked, in order toimprove the construction of the specimen bank, and an electronicdatabase will be established on this basis, so as to improve managementefficiency through modern management.
