介绍了港务原料总厂如何以实现低库存条件下优质保供为目标的柔性物流模式实践从而保证二铁总厂和三铁总厂的原燃料供应,为铁前四机五炉的长周期稳定顺行和超低库存稳步推行提供可靠保障。
This article introduces how Port Raw Materials Plant can implement the flexible logistics mode with the goal of achieving high quality assurance under low inventory conditions so as to ensure the supply of raw fuel for the Two iron factory and the three iron factory of the original fuel supply,For the first four iron furnace five long-term stable and low-cost steady steadily to provide reliable protection.
