摘要
不锈钢管道是核电厂中大量存在并与电厂运行安全息息相关的常见管道,因而核电厂中存在大量的不锈钢管道焊缝。相对碳钢管道焊缝而言,不锈钢管道焊缝超声检测难度大,如何正确选择检测探头成为关键所在。本文以核电厂中最为常见的外径Φ273mm管道为试验对象,选择不同种类超声探头进行检测试验,并对结果进行对比分析,对不同探头的检测能力进行比较,得出相关结论,为不锈钢管道焊缝超声检测的探头选择提供依据和参考。
Stainless steel pipeline is a common pipeline which is closely related to the operation safety of the power plant, so there are a lot of stainless steel pipe welds in the nuclear power plant. Relative to carbon steel pipe weld, the ultrasonic testing for stainless steel pipe weld is more difficult, and the key point is how to choose the ultrasonic probe correctly. In this paper, select the 273 mm diameter pipe which is common in nuclear power plant as test object, different types of ultrasonic probes were used to perform testing, and the results were analyzed to compare the detection ability of different probes, get relevant conclusions, provide the reference on the probe selection of ultrasonic testing for stainless steel pipe weld.
