摘要
2010年以来,高职院校招生面临生源不足、竞争激烈等问题,通过对长沙航空职业技术学院招生宣传思路的分析,提出要对接产业办专业、依托行业建专业,提升专业吸引力;通过校企合作,精准培养人才,拓宽提聚人气新路径;对接行业企业,通过高质量毕业生就业拉动新生报考率;以"三高"标准落实招生政策,全力打造"阳光招考"工程。
Since 2010, the enrollment of higher vocational colleges has faced many problems, such as lack of students and fierce competition. Through the analysis of the idea of recruitment of Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College, it is proposed that we should connect the industry to build specialty and enhance professional attraction, accurately train talents and broaden the new ways of attracting people through school-industry cooperation, dock industry and enterprises to promote new student recruitment through the employment of high-quality graduates and implement the enrollment policy with the ＂three-high＂ standard and create the ＂Sunshine Recruitment＂ project.
