摘要
新形势下,要想实现经济增长方式的更新、促进经济及社会稳健、长足发展,就应该借助土地节约集约利用的方式,进而构建动态平衡的耕地总量。本文首先对土地节约集约利用进行了分析,阐述了土地节约集约利用的因素,并基于此,提出了土地节约集约利用工作的相关建议,希望能有效提升土地节约集约工作的质量及水平。
Under the new situation, if we want to realize the renewal of the economic growth mode and promote the steady and rapid development of the economy and society, we should rely on the way of intensive land use, and then build the total amount of cultivated land with dynamic equilibrium. This paper first analyzes the intensive use of land, expounds the factors of land intensive use, and based on this,puts forward relevant suggestions for land intensive use, hoping to effectively enhance the quality and level of land conservation and intensive work.
