摘要
现如今关于教师信息化教学能力标准的研究中还没有形成专门的全国性能力标准体系,特别是对于高职院校而言,需要建立高职院校教师的信息化教学能力标准体系,为推动高职院校教育信息化而奠定基础。本文从国内外相关的教师教学能力结构入手,研究教师在教学中涉及的与教学活动相关的因素之间的关系,探讨高职院校教师信息化教学能力的特殊性,从整合技术的学科教学法知识(即TPCK)视角出发,构建高职院校教师信息化教学能力模型,从而提出高职院校教师信息化教学能力标准的框架。
To date,there is not a specific nation-wide ability standard system in the research on teachers' informatization teaching ability standards.In particular,it is necessary to establish a standard system of informatization teaching ability for teachers in higher vocational colleges,which will lay a foundation to boost education informatization in higher vocational colleges.Starting from relevant structures of teachers' teaching ability at home and abroad,we study the relationship among related factors of teaching activities in the teaching process and discuss the particularity of teachers' informatization teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.Besides,from the perspective of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge(that is,TPCK),we construct a teaching ability model for higher vocational college teachers.Furthermore,based on the model,we put forward the framework of informatization teaching ability standards for higher vocational college teachers.
