一起沙门菌引起食物中毒的溯源分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型技术对一起沙门菌食物中毒的分离株进行基因分型和溯源,并结合流行病学调查报告分析此次事件的传播途径和感染来源,确定事件的病原学病因。方法用此次事件的分离菌株进行血清学分离鉴定、PCR检测和PFGE同源性分析进行调查研究。结果此次事件的患者、食品和食品厂从业人员均检出沙门菌,并具有同源性,条带图谱类似度为100%。结论分离到的肠炎沙门菌进行PFGE分型结果一致,确认是由肠炎沙门菌引起的食物中毒,为流行病学调查提供了完整的食物中毒诊断证据链,为食物中毒溯源提供了可靠的依据。 Objective Pulsed-field electrophoresis (PFGE) was used to genotype and trace a strain from a food poisoning caused by Salmonella. The epidemiological investigation report was used to analyze the route of transmission and source of infection, so as to determine the etiological factor of the etiology. Methods The separation and identification, PCR detection and PFGE homology analysis Were carried out using the isolated strain. Results Salmonella was detected from patients, food and food factory's practitioners, and all the strains were homologous, with a similar scale of 100%. Conclusion The isolated Salmonella enteritidis was conducted for SFGE typing, and results are consistent, confirming that this food poisoning is caused by Salmonella enteritidis, which can provide complete evidence chain of food poisoning for epidemiological investigation, and reliable basis for traceability of food poisoning.
