摘要
目的:探讨对接受手术治疗的喉癌患者进行综合护理的效果。方法:随机选取岳池县人民医院从2015年6月至2017年1月期间收治的76例喉癌患者作为研究对象。对这76例患者均实施手术治疗。根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组(n=38)和试验组(n=38)。在手术期间,对两组患者均实施常规护理。在此基础上,对试验组患者实施综合护理。然后比较两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分、各项癌因性疲乏的评分、各项生存质量的评分和对护理的总满意率。结果:接受护理后,试验组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分和各项癌因性疲乏的评分均低于对照组患者,其各项生存质量的评分和对护理的总满意率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对接受手术治疗的喉癌患者进行综合护理的效果较好,可显著提高其生存质量。
objective： to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with laryngeal cancer treated by surgery. Methods： 76 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to yuechi county people＇s hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected as the study subjects. Of the 76 cases All patients underwent surgical treatment. It was divided into the control group（n=38） and the experimental group（n=38） according to different nursing methods. Routine care was given to both groups during the operation. On this basis, comprehensive nursing care was carried out for patients in the experimental group. Then the SAS score, SDS score, cancer fatigue score, life quality score and overall satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results： after receiving nursing care, the SAS score, SDS score and various cancer-related fatigue score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the score of each quality of life and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the comprehensive nursing of patients with laryngeal cancer treated by surgery is effective and can significantly improve their quality of life.
