时效处理对Al-Cu-Li合金冷轧板材微观组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 利用SEM、TEM和拉伸性能测试方法研究时效时间(时效温度180℃)对Al-Cu-Li合金冷轧板材微观组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:实验确定Al-Cu-Li合金的最佳时效时间为15 h,此时时效处理得到的TEM图中峰值时效析出相包括δ’、T1、θ’与S’相。由合金断口形貌发现主要发生了沿晶断裂与穿晶断裂,生成了部分小尺寸韧窝。随着时效时间的增加,Al-Cu-Li合金的时效硬度先增加后降低,屈服强度和拉伸强度单调增加,伸长率单调减小。时效时间15 h下合金的硬度、屈服强度、拉伸强度和伸长率分别为142 HV、338 MPa、292 MPa和8.4%。 The effects of aging time(aging temperature 180 ℃) on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Li alloy cold rolled sheet were researched by using SEM, TEM and tensile performance test methods. The results show that the optimal aging time of Al-Cu-Li alloy is 15 h, and the peak aging precipitated phases in the TEM diagram obtained by the aging process include δ’, T1, θ’ and S’ phases. Some small dimples in fracture are formed. With the increase of aging time, the aging hardness of Al-Cu-Li alloy increases first then decreases, the yield strength and tensile strength increase monotonically,and the elongation monotonically decreases. The hardness, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are 142 HV, 338 MPa, 292 MPa and 8.4% respectively.
