摘要
运用循环伏安曲线、恒电位暂态电流-时间曲线和阴极极化曲线等电化学方法,研究了十二烷基磺酸钠对工业电解液镍电结晶行为的影响。结果表明:工业电解液体系下镍电沉积的形核长大过程为扩散控制下一步双电子传质的不可逆反应,十二烷基磺酸钠的加入不改变电沉积镍的生长机理。随着十二烷基磺酸钠含量的增大,阴极极化电位逐渐负移,当十二烷基磺酸钠含量为0.1 g/L时,阴极极化电位最负。镍电沉积过程为受扩散控制的三维形核生长模式,其形核模式为瞬时形核,十二烷基磺酸钠不改变其形核机理。
The effects of sodium dodecyl sulfonate on the crystallization behavior of nickel in industrial electrolytes were in- vestigated by cyclic voltammetry, potentiostatic transient current time curves and cathodic polarization curves. The results show that the growth process of industrial system under the electrolyte of nickel electrodeposition nucleation diffusion under the control of step two electron mass transfer is not reversible, and sodium dodecyl sulfonate does not change the nickel electrodeposition growth mechanism. With the increase of the content of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, the cathodic polarization potential shifted gradually. When the content of sodium dodecyl sulfonate was 0.1 g/L, the cathodic polarization potential was the most negative. The process of nickel electrodeposition is controlled by diffusion. The nucleation mode is instantane- ous nucleation mechanism, and sodium dodecyl sulfonate does not change it.
