摘要
介绍了独山子乙烯装置工艺水汽提塔(C-104)的工艺流程以及前期操作时发生的塔内结焦大量脱落堵塞泵入口及再沸器造成装置产生较大波动的现象。通过日常操作及波动期间数据进行对比分析,找到了造成此类波动的根本原因,提出了操作优化的方案和技术改造等措施,实施后取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the process flow of process water stripper( C-104) in the ethylene plant at Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company and the big fluctuation in the ethylene plant during early operation caused by the coke in stripper which fell off to plug the reboiler and the inlet of pumps. The reasons for such fluctuation were found out based on the comparison and analysis of the data obtained during daily operation and the fluctuation,some operation optimization schemes and technical modification measures were put forward,and good results were achieved after the implementation.
