Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Structure Reliability Design Standards in Engineering Construction

摘要 随着中国工程基建能力不断走向海外,对国内外工程结构可靠性设计标准进行对比研究极为必要。通过四个方面的对比,结果表明:(1)中国与国际主要标准在可靠性设计总原则上的规定基本一致,但具体执行标准,中国以行业划分,欧洲以结构设计类型划分;(2)以分项系数反映可靠水平的极限状态设计法,是目前中欧可靠性设计标准的主流;(3)欧洲标准目标可靠指标的确定以工程风险分析法为主,具体数值较为统一,中国标准以校准法为主,但具体数值未经社会风险可接受水平统一调整;(4)欧洲标准分项系数的确定采用了确定性方法,中国标准分项系数的确定以一次可靠度方法为主。 With the continuous development of China's engineering infrastructure capacity overseas,it is very necessary to compare domestic and foreign reliability design standard in the field of engineering structure. A comparison from four aspects has been made in this paper and the results show that:(1) China's standard and international standard is basically the same in terms of general principles of reliability design,but the specific implementation of such standard is divided by industries in china,which is divided by structural design types in Europe in the contrary.(2)The limit state design method in which partial coefficient reflects the reliability level is the mainstream of reliability design standard both in China and Europe.(3) The determination of reliability index of European standard is mainly based on the engineering risk analysis method with relatively unified specific values. Yet China's standard is mainly based on the calibration method which specific values are not adjusted by the acceptable level of social risk.(4) The determination of the partial coefficients of European standard is determined by deterministic method,while the determination of such factor in China is mainly based on the one time reliability method.
