摘要
当前,政府管理部门所开展的信息化建设工作已经实现了由信息资源建设向信息资源管理的转变,未来的发展走向是对信息资源进行开放化和共享化管理。通过探讨搭建省-市-区科技专家资源的开放共享联动机制为模型,研究信息资源大数据背景下科技信息资源的应用与共享。
At present,the information construction work carried out by the government administration has realized the transformation from the information resources construction to the information resource management.The future development trend is to open and share the information resources.In this paper,the opening and sharing mechanism of Hubei-Wuhan city-District Science and technology expert resources is set up to study the application and sharing of scientific and technological information resources under the background of large information resources.
