工业机器人实训课程的虚拟仿真教学研究 被引量:39

摘要 以工业机器人实训课程教学方法为研究对象,提出基于虚拟仿真技术的工业机器人实训课程的教学方案。依托真实系统和仿真实训室,构建了工业机器人应用领域广泛使用的涂胶、激光切割、搬运、弧焊等4个实训项目,细述了每个仿真项目的实施要点,实现了虚实结合的实训模式。经实践验证,该教学方法有效解决了学生数量多而实训设备不足的矛盾,大大提高了实训教学效率。 By taking the teaching method of the Industrial Robot training course as the research object,the teaching plan of the Industrial Robot training course based on virtual simulation technology is put forward.Based on the real-time system and simulation training room,four training projects such as gluing,laser cutting,moving and arc welding which are widely used in the field of industrial robot industry are set up.The implementation points of each simulation project are described in detail,and the training mode of combining virtuality with reality is realized.It is proved by practice that this teaching method effectively solves the contradiction between the large number of students and insufficient training equipment,which greatly improves the efficiency of training teaching.
