摘要
目的:探讨护理在肿瘤化疗患者植入输液港中使用优质护理的临床效果。方法:选取80例肿瘤化疗患者,随机分成两组,40例患者使用常规护理措施为常规组,40例患者使用优质护理措施为护理组。对比两组患者护理满意度及不良事件发生率、生活质量评分。结果:护理组患者护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者Karnofsky评分相差较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,护理患者的Karnofsky评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤化疗患者在植入输液港中使用优质护理措施,可显著提高医院护理满意度,减少不良事件发生,减少患者化疗痛苦,增加患者治疗信心,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study clinical efficacy of high quality nursing on implanting port access for patients with tumor chemotherapy. Method 80 cases of patients with tumor chemotherapy admitted in our hospital were selected as the object of study and randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases of patients provided with convention nursing measures were set as routine group,while the other 40 cases of patients provided with high quality nursing measures were set as nursing group. Patients in two groups were compared for nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reaction、quality of life score. Results Nursing care of patients nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of conventional group（ P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0.05）; nursing,Karnofsky score of the two groups were small（ P〈0.05）; After nursing,nursing care of patients with Karnofsky score was significantly higher than the normal group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion-Applying high quality nursing measures to patients with tumor chemotherapy in implanting port access can distinctly improve nursing satisfaction of hospital,reduce incidence of adverse reaction,relieve pain for patients and enhance confidence for patients. It is worthy of clinical expansion and application.
