摘要
发动机曲轴新生产线增加了两台JUCRANK磨削设备,其磨削精度达到微米级别,从机械设计、电气设计、液压设计、冷却系统设计等方面深入研究,最终得出使其设备可以达到微米加工精度的关键点在于液压系统中使用到静压滑台,其作用增强了整个磨削过程的稳定性,属于该设备关键设计。静压滑台中使用到的PM流量控制器更是重中之重。
We imported two JUCENTER 6 L grinders for the new production line,the grinding precision is in the range of micron. This paper studied grinding precision from Mechanical Design,Electric Design,Hydraulic Design,Cooling System Design,reached a conclusion that hydrostatic guideway is the key point. Hydrostatic guideway improved the steadiness in precision,is the key design. PM flow controller using on the hydrostatic guideway is even more important.
