摘要
依据计算流体动力学的方法,采用STARCCM+软件对整机流场特性进行数值分析,探究了通机整机流场计算域的网格参数控制策略;在探讨的网格控制策略研究结论的基础上,利用该网格控制策略对某司两种不同通机机型(A型整机、B型整机)进行网格划分并对整机流场进行数值求解,结果表明A型整机流场中更多的风量流向了温度较高的喷油器侧,且流出缸头后受导流板的作用使消音器排气管附近的速度分布远好于B型整机;A型整机的流场分布优于B型整机流场。A型整机缸头的风道设计及导流板的结构与位置设计可为B型整机流场优化提供参考。
Based on the method of computational fluid dynamics,flow field characteristics analysis of general purpose engine was studied by using STARCCM+ software,and the mesh parameters control strategies of grid generation of computational region model were investigated.Based on the research results of grid control strategy,the grid control strategy was used to generation the volume mesh of two different general purpose engine( Type A,Type B) and the flow field analysis of these two engines were conducted. Simulation results showed that more air in the flow field of A type engine was flowed to the high temperature injector side,and due to the diversion effect of diversion plate on the outflow air of cylinder head,the velocity distribution near the exhaust pipe of the muffler was much better than that of B type engine. The flow field distribution of A type engine was better than that of B type engine. The design of the air duct of the A type cylinder head and the design of the structure and position of the diversion plate can provide a reference for the optimization of the flow field of the B type engine.
