摘要
[目的/意义]研究新时期高校图书馆知识产权保护的管理与服务机制。[方法/过程]探讨了如何建立高校图书馆知识产权保护管理规章与服务机制,以减少侵权风险。[结果/结论]通过建立图书馆科学管理与服务制度,开展多层次知识产权教育,采用技术保护措施,设置版权馆员,建设知识产权服务平台等方法,可以促进图书馆全面加强对知识产权的保护和管理。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study management and service mechanism of intellectual property protection in university libraries in a new era.[Method/process]The paper discusses how to establish administrative rules and service mechanism of intellectual property protection in university libraries to reduce the risk of infringement. [Result/conclusion]Through the establishment of library scientific management and service system, the development of multi-level intellectual property education, the adoption of technical protection measures, the post setting of copyright librarians, the construction of intellectual property service platform, it can promote a library to strengthen the protection and management of intellectual property in an all-round way.
