摘要
关于亚洲价值观的争论不是纯学术之争。亚洲价值观不是所有亚洲人和亚洲国家一致认同的价值观,而是起源于亚洲的并且可能对亚洲的未来发展有益的价值观。亚洲人的需要就是亚洲价值观存在的价值。但是我们必须明确,以国家为本的亚洲价值观是否已经完成了由传统身份制国家观向现代契约论国家观的转变;亚洲价值观中,与威权主义的肯定的国家观相反相成的,无政府主义的否定的价值观的强大作用力,是否被我们认识;在儒家传统伦理所维护的＂三纲＂秩序被打破以后,我们能否建立不同于＂丛林法则＂的＂园林法则＂伦理新秩序。认清和解决这些问题,亚洲价值观才能成为亚洲发展的未来价值目标,反之则可能成为亚洲发展的障碍。
The discussion about Asian values is not merely a purely academic debate. Asian values here is not the values that all the Asian people and countries approve,but should be the values that originate and benefit to Asia. Requires of Asian values made it worth to exist,however,we need to clearly aware that whether the advocating of＂country first＂Asian values will be changed by the modern contract theory from the traditional identity national view. Moreover,whether we notice that there are powerful reaction between certainly authoritarianism and negative anarchism. Furthermore,whether we do establish the＂garden law＂other than the＂jungle law＂after the traditional ethic order of Confucianism was broken away. Identify and solve these problems can help Asian countries achieves the future expects,otherwise they will become the factors that block the sustainable development.
