摘要
现PCB业界中"水平湿法类"生产线的待机功能存在整启整停的弊端,控制粗放,产生多余的能耗,特别小批量生产、试板、返工时,该能源浪费问题更加突显。对此,我厂通过改进设备电气控制系统,自行设计新待机功能并投用到水平湿法线中,实现产线内各单元的产能按需进行动态分配,达到节能降耗的效果。
IIn the current PCB production, the waiting function of the horizontal wet production line has the drawbacks of the whole startup and the whole shutdown. The extensive control will generate unnecessary energy consumption, especially when a small amount of production, trial boards and rework are done. The article improves the electrical control system of the equipment, designs the new waiting function, and applies it to the horizontal wet line, so as to realize the dynamic allocation of the production capacity of each unit in the production line, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
