摘要
目的研究坤泰胶囊结合口服避孕药在卵巢早衰治疗中所发挥的效果。方法选择我院在2016年1月~2017年12月诊治的卵巢早衰患者96例进行治疗分析,将患者分为研究组和对照组各48例,研究组选择坤泰胶囊结合口服避孕药治疗,对照组单纯进行口服避孕药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率70.83%,研究组治疗效果更好,组间数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用坤泰胶囊结合口服避孕药治疗卵巢早衰能够改善患者的卵巢功能,恢复代谢紊乱状态,促进卵巢局部良好微循环状态,药物疗效好。
Objective To study the effect of kuntai capsule combined with oral contraceptive pill in the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods Our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 in the diagnosis and treatment of 96 patients with ovarian premature aging treatment, patients can be divided into research group and the control group（n=48）, the team choose kuntai capsule combined with oral contraceptive therapy and control group pure oral contraceptive therapy, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group. The total effective rate was 70.83%, and the therapeutic effect of the group was better, and the comparison of the data between the groups was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using kuntai capsule combined with oral contraceptive therapy in patients with ovarian premature senility can improve ovarian function, restore metabolic disorder, promote ovarian local microcirculation status, good drug curative effect is good.
