液固分选流化床内颗粒动力学方程的简化及应用 被引量:6

摘要 对液固分选流化床(liquid-solid fluidized bed separator,LSFBS)内颗粒所受各力进行量级比较,并基于LSFBS主分选区颗粒分离过程和流场特点对颗粒动力学方程进行简化,用四阶Runge-Kutta算法求解不同颗粒的动力学方程。研究结果表明:LSFBS主分选区内颗粒所受压力梯度力、虚拟质量力与流体阻力或惯性力有相同量级,而Magnus力、Saffman力和Basset力对颗粒干扰沉降运动和分选结果的影响可以忽略。数值计算结果与试验结果相符,表明本文对LSFBS内颗粒动力学方程的简化原则是合理的,利用该简化的颗粒动力学方程能比较精确地预测颗粒在LSFBS内的干扰沉降运动和分选结果。 Magnitude comparison between the forces from the fluid exerted on particles in the liquid-solid fluidized bed separator(LSFBS) was carried out. Particles kinetic equation was simplified according to the comparison results and the characteristics of particles segregation process and flow field in the primary separation zone. The simplified kinetic equation was solved through the fourth order Runge-Kutta algorithm for particles with different densities and diameters. The results show that the magnitude order of pressure gradient force and added mass force can match that of inertia force or drag force while the influence of Magnus force, Saffman force as well as Basset force could be neglected on the particles' hindering their settling and separation results in LSFBS. The predicted results well agrees with the related experimental data, indicating that the simplification method for the kinetic equation used in the present work is reasonable and the hindered settling as well as the separation results of different particles in LSFBS can be predicted accurately by using the simplified kinetic equation.
