摘要
运用管理学SWOT分析理论,对现阶段我国手球运动竞技后备人才培养面临的优势、劣势、威胁和机遇进行分析。以构建我国手球运动竞技后备人才培养战略为目标,分别从增长型、紧缩型、多元型和完善型四个维度提出了青少年手球后备人才培养的发展举措,力求在我国体育事业不断深化发展和改革的大环境下,全面优化和完善高水平竞技后备人才培养的方法和体系,为手球项目备战2024年巴黎奥运会以及可持续健康发展提供参考。
Based on SWOT analysis, this passage objectively analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in talents＇ cultivation and development in handball competitions. To set cultivation for backup talents as target, the authors put forward measurements from four aspects： growth, tightening, diversification, and perfection. Under the environment of sports revolution and development, it is vital to upgrade system for cultivating talents, and get well prepared for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
