摘要
为提升学生实践能力和就业能力,缩短学校教学与企业用人之间的距离,提高就业吻合度,通过实地调查和访问调查等方法,分析房地产经营与管理专业各目标岗位企业需求。在此基础上,分岗位构建涵盖三年学习时间、包括实践目标、实践内容、实践管理、实践保障及实践评价在内的系统化实践体系,本文以房地产经营与管理专业房地产经纪人岗位为例。
In order to improve students 'practical ability and employability, shorten the distance between school teaching and enterprise employment, improve the degree of employment compatibility, and analyze the needs of enterprises in various target positions in real estate management and management majors through feld surveys and visit surveys. This paper takes real estate management and real estate management as an example of the systematic practice system, which covers three years of study time, including practice goal, practice content, practice management, practice guarantee and practice evaluation.
