Learning and Understanding: An Effective Path for the Professional Development of Young Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要 以江阴市两所中等职业学校青年教师为对象,通过问卷调查,分析了他们在职业忠诚度、职业愿景、学习需求等方面的优势,以及在学习主动性、教学反思、实践研究等方面的不足,并结合他们在岗学习及专业发展特点,提出了善于学习、勤于反思、勇于实践、深刻感悟等系列措施,引导并促进他们实现自身专业发展。 Taking the young teachers in two secondary vocational schools in Jiangyin as the objects, this paper analyzes their advantages in professional loyalty, career vision and learning needs,as well as their deficiencies in learning initiative, teaching reflection and practice research through questionnaires. It puts forward series of measures in learning, reflection, practice and understanding in combination with the characteristics of their on-the-job learning and professional development, so as to guide and promote their professional development.
