摘要
党的十九大报告宣告中国特色社会主义进入新时代,事业单位改革也迈入新阶段,新时代催生新使命,新时代提出新要求,事业单位青年工作发展迎来新的挑战与契机。通过梳理党和国家有关青年工作的理论指示、方针政策,进一步理清新时代下事业单位青年工作发展逻辑理路与运动方向。分析掌握事业单位青年工作新特征,积极对标新要求,深刻把握中国特色社会主义青年工作发展道路内涵,结合事业单位实际情况,坚持问题导向中开创青年工作发展新局面,实现新作为。
The 19th CPC National Congress＇ s report declares that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the reform of public institutions has entered a new stage. The new era has spawned a new mission and new requirements have been put forward, and the development of youth work in institutions has ushered in new challenges and opportunities. Through combing the theoretical instructions of the Party and the state on the youth work and the principles and policies, this paper further clarifies the logic and movement direction of the development of the youth work in the public institutions in the new era. Analyzing and mastering the new characteristics of youth work in institutions, actively demanding new standards, deeply grasping the connotation of the road of development of socialist youth work with Chinese characteristics, and combining with the actual conditions of public institutions, in adhering to the problem-oriented development of youth work to create a new situation, to achieve new achievements.
