摘要
本文基于习近平总书记在全国两会期间,多次发表要推动乡村建设、解决好"三农"问题等一系列的重要讲话进行分析,调研"三农"问题的存在对"镇中城"建设的影响。运用国外成功案例做对比分析和解释说明"三农"问题与"镇中城"的关系。最终给出"镇中城"概念,并研究其发展过程中的建设需求。
The main content is based on the analysis of a series of important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping to promote the rural construction and solve the＂three rural issues＂during the two sessions of the National Congress.The impact of the existence of the＂three rural issues＂on the construction of＂City Town＂was Investigated.The foreign successful cases study were used for the comparative analysis and explanation of the relationship between the＂three rural issues＂and the＂City Town＂.Finally,the concept of＂City Town＂was proposed and the construction demands in the development process were studied.
