栀芪降糖饮改善胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

摘要 目的观察自拟栀芪降糖饮治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法采取随机法将62例患者分为治疗组和对照组各31例,在胰岛素治疗的基础上,对照组给予盐酸吡格列酮片30 mg,治疗组给予栀芪降糖饮,治疗12周,观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA—IR)、甘油三酯(TG)及主要症状的变化。结果对照组有效率32.26%,治疗组有效率87.10%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);栀芪降糖饮可以提高ISI、降低FPG、FINS、HOMA—IR(P<0.05),对糖尿病胰岛素增敏作用与30 mg盐酸吡格列酮效果相当(P>0.05),对症状的改善优于吡格列酮(P<0.05),并有明显的降脂作用(P<0.05)。结论栀芪降糖饮对于改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗有较好的疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Zhiqi Jiangtang drink on type 2 diabetes insulin resistance.Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 cases in each group. On the basis of insulin therapy,the control group was given Pioglitazone Hydrochloride tablets 30 mg,and the treatment group was given Zhiqi Jiangtang drink. After12 weeks of treatment,the changes of fasting blood glucose( FPG),fasting insulin( FINS),insulin sensitivity index( ISI),insulin resistance index( HOMA-IR),triglyceride( TG) and main symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the control group was 32. 26%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 10%,and there was a significant difference between the2 groups( P〈0. 05). Zhiqi Jiangtang drink can improve ISI,reduce FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR( P〈0. 05),the effect of sensitizing insulin on diabetes was similar to that of 30 mg pioglitazone( P〉0. 05),the improvement of symptoms is better than pioglitazone( P〈0. 05),and there is a significant effect of lipid lowering( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Zhiqi Jiangtang drink in improving insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes has a better curative effect.
