摘要
硫熏药材历史悠久,有利于药材的加工贮藏,但熏硫药材SO_2含量过高会对人体产生严重危害。在熏硫药材的安全使用方面,如何保证降低SO_2含量的同时不太影响其有效成分含量是研究热点。以硫熏蒸的山楂中药材为研究对象,以酸碱滴定法测定其中SO_2的残留量,和山楂中枸橼酸的含量。试验结果表明,随水浸泡处理时间的增长,山楂中SO_2的含量会逐渐降低并最终趋于稳定,且山楂浸泡1小时左右,其SO_2含量为149 ug/g、枸橼酸的含量为5.11%,山楂中药材符合《药典》规定。结论:清水浸泡可有效脱除硫熏中药材中的SO_2,且有效成分损失不大,仍具有药用价值。
Sulfur-smoked herbs have a long history, which is beneficial to the processing and storage of medicinal herbs, but the high content of SO2 is seriously harmful to human body. The research hotspot is about how to ensure the reduction of SO2 content without affecting the content of the active ingredient in the safe use of the smoked sulfur medicinal materials. Crataegus pinnate/ida herbs which were fumigated with sulfur were studied. The residue of SO: and the content of citrate were determined by acid-base titration from Crataegus pinnatifida herbs. The result showed that the content of SO2 was decreased and eventually stabilized with the increase of the dipping time in water. When Crataegus pinnatifida herbs was immersed about one hour in the water, the content of SO2 was 149 ug/g and the content of citric acid was 5.11%, which is meet tbe specification of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In conclusion, water soaking can effectively remove the SO2 from sulfur-smoked Crataegus pinnatifida herbs.
