基于支座应变与光纤光栅的制动器力矩测量方法

摘要 针对矿井提升机盘式制动器制动力矩现有测量方法准确度不高和难以直接测量的问题,在分析盘式制动器工作原理与受力情况的基础上,提出了基于制动器支座应变与光纤光栅的制动器力矩测量方法。首先由Solid Works建立了制动器支座的三维模型,经过ANSYS有限元分析,得到了支座的应变云图,以及应变与制动力矩之间的函数关系;其次基于应变云图确定了敏感元件布置位置,选择确定了适于微小应变测量的光纤光栅式敏感元件及其型号,并建立了制动力矩与光纤光栅波长变化量的函数关系;最终实现了基于支座应变与光纤光栅的盘式制动器力矩测量。 In view of the problem that the existing braking torque measuring methods of the mine hoist disc brake are not accurate and difficult to measure directly ,based on the analysis of the working principle and force condition of the brake, a brake torque measurement method based on brake bearing strain and fiber grating is put forward. Firstly,use SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional model of the brake bearing,after ANSYS finite element analysis,the stress and strain cloud diagram of the bearing and the function relationship between strain and braking torque are obtained. Secondly ,based on the strain cloud determine the location of sensitive components ,choose the fiber grating sensing element and its type suitable for measuring small strain, and establish the function relationship between the braking torque and the wavelength variation of the fiber grating. Finally,realize the disc brake torque measurement based on the bearing strain and fiber grating.
