摘要
以4,4’-二异氰酸二苯甲烷(4,4’-MDI)为硬段,聚醚二元醇(N210)为软段,并加入不同含量的环氧树脂E-51为改性剂,采用内乳化法制备了一系列环氧树脂改性的MDI型水性聚氨酯乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对水性聚氨酯的结构进行了表征,并对聚氨酯涂膜的硬度、耐冲击性等性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明,当E-51的加入量为4%-6%时,乳液及涂膜的综合性能最佳。
Waterborne polyurethane emulsion modified by epoxy(E-51) was prepared by emulsification process. The polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized with 4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(4, 4'-MDI)as hard segments and polyether diol(N-210) as soft segments. The structure of waterborne polyurethane emulsion was analyzed by FT-IR, and performances of emulsion and the coating were characterized. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the emulsion and coating was the best when the amount of E-51 was 4-6%.
