摘要
针对模具设计中大量使用标准件和通用件的特点,提出了基于VISI软件的三维标准件库构建方法。通过研究标准件库的体系结构框架,阐述了标准件编辑器的定制方法,论述了标准件库的数据库设计和模型生成技术,并在理论研究的基础上开发了三维参数化标准件库系统,简化了设计过程,提高了效率。
According to the characteristics that there were the large quantity of categories and higher level of standardization in the mould design,a graphic database parameterized system was put forward based on VISI software. The framework of standard part library is presented by utilizing parameterized modeling technique,the method of customization with standard part editor is recommended,and the technology of database design and modeling is proposed in this article. Based on the theoretical Research,a three dimensional parameterized standard part library is established,which reduces many repeating work in the design,simplifies the design and improves the efficiency.
